S Maondo has represented the oil industry in numerous disputes notable of them being a challenge lodged against the award of a contract and introduction of additional levies intended to be introduced by the Minister with regard to imported fuel cargo in contravention of the principles set out by statute leading to the matter being amicable settled out of court. Other services within the industry include recovery of funds owed as well as employment related disputes.
